Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions: US.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)
All of our photo magnets are custom-made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We ship primarily via USPS. Estimated delivery times (after shipment) are typically:
- 3–7 business days (depending on location and seasonal carrier volume)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping with simple, predictable pricing.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the package is returned to us or marked undeliverable, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes. APO/FPO availability depends on the carrier services used and may take longer than standard delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- check around your delivery area / mailbox,
- contact your local carrier office, and
- email us so we can assist.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at imagesealcreations@gmail.com with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the damage (item + packaging)
We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement according to our Remake Policy.

Orders are produced and shipped from the United States (Indiana) through our production/fulfillment workflow.
